Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (great for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, washing machine, and dryer. Families will find children’s books and toys, 2 baby cots, and a high chair available. A highlight is the private outdoor area with garden and balcony. The garden offers a comfortable lounge area—ideal for relaxing. Pets are welcome, with up to 3 allowed. Pets may roam freely in the courtyard/garden under supervision, as long as everyone’s safety and the surroundings are respected. A parking space is available on the property, plus free street parking nearby. Smoking is not permitted. There are a few steps at the entrance.
